Developing Athletes

Small-Group Sessions

This Program is designed for kids in grades K-5 to DEVELOP an

athletic foundation, varied sports skills, and love of fitness!


Beginning in September, we will offer our Developing Athletes Program! This program will cater to your children in grades K through 5. These small-group sessions combine age-appropriate fitness, sports, games, and fun! No experience or athletic skills required! The Developing Athletes Program will also introduce youth to a variety of sports, whether it be techniques, skills, strategies, or practice and fun.


Developing Athletes provides a small-group session led by an experienced and exceptional Coach! The sessions will be offered:

tue & thur: 6pm-7pm

wednesday: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

These young athletes will learn and master proper movement patterns and will be given the opportunity to develop their mental and physical skills in order to help them in the future with sports. Kids will engage in activities to develop:

  • Coordination

  • Balance

  • Speed & Agility

  • Dynamic Movement

  • Spatial Awareness

  • Strength & Stamina

  • Social Skills

  • Sportsmanship & Leadership Skills
