Speed / Agility Sessions Every Week
The Speed, Agility & Power Small Group Workout sessions for all ages include working on the functional bio-mechanics of sprinting. Proper sprinting mechanics allow athletes to be more explosive while still having a sense of spacial awareness. Effective speed and agility training means training your Central Nervous System and your neurons to adapt. For instance, the repetitiveness of an activity trains the CNS so it can respond faster (sending the right messages to the right muscles and nerve fibers). The more you practice the movement, the better you get! The workouts are also designed to enhance overall fitness and power!
Small-group Speed/Agility training sessions are happening every Tuesday and Thursday at 9AM and 6PM and are part of the A3 membership, or if you don’t want a commitment, you can do a drop-in session!
