At A3 we believe in the practice of MOVEMENT first. When the focus is on the movement pattern, efficiency through space, and joint coordination, HEAVY progressions WILL follow!! The human body can accomplish amazing feats when it is loaded properly and injuries are not inevitable; they are in many cases preventable. If you are looking to increase your strength, your power, and your speed through the movement - THIS IS THE SESSION TO ATTEND!!

Athletes ages 12 and up are welcome!
